Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Worthen site will be closed next week, week commencing 26th October.
Prescriptions – If you have a prescription currently awaiting collection from Worthen, please collect it before 1pm on Friday 23 October. Any prescriptions not collected by this time will be available for collection at Pontesbury.
During this temporary closure all prescriptions will be available for collection from Pontesbury.
Appointments – If you have an appointment booked with a clinician at Worthen during the week commencing 26th October, your appointment will now take place at Pontesbury.
